Escha is here in the laundry room, washing her clothes for tomorrow. ]

Um... Good job, today. [ That seems like a friendly, neutral thing to say! Yeah! Nailed it. ]

[ that earns Escha a bewildered look. on Zero, it probably looks like a glare more than anything. sorry! her face is just Like That. ]

Uhh, I'm. Surprised you're congratulating me. You know, the one in favor of just getting rid of all the undead?

But you didn't do it. You were able to work with everyone else.

I don't think you get it. If I thought I could have done it? I would have. The only thing that stopped me was everyone rushing in, oo-ing and ah-ing over them.

But in the end we were able to figure out that Polly was the culprit, so don't you feel relieved that you didn't do it?

The dead should stay dead. Them walking around? Isn't right. There's a catch somewhere.

I'm glad that people are okay, but...

I kind of agree. It's strange for dead people to come back.

Well, with all of us coming from different worlds, it's hard to set a strict 'standard.'

Polly was a ghost already. Chuuya is dead. Nathan is immortal.

So even though dying should be permanent in my world, there could be exceptions in other worlds that we're from - and we don't know what world we're in now.

... So - strange.

Dying here apparently can't be undone without demons intervening. I don't think that's a good thing.

That's fair...

But is there anything that can really be done about it, now? I don't think it would be good to try and... Um. Make sure they're dead. They might even just come back, again.

[ well, considering she cracked Chuuya's skull open and he popped right back up... ]

... And when they start going nuts?

If that happens... Maybe we could quarantine them for their own safety?

When that happens, I don't know how much luck we'll have. Did you see Chuuya? He's got those... whatever abilities of his. You think there's anything here that could stand up to that?

... We outnumber him, at least...?

Well, that's true. Maybe one of us could nab him while the rest of us are a distraction.
