Pretty much. Our options would be to guess at random, which might get the demon, or to deliberately pick someone innocent who might have protection.

... Though for the latter to work, Tamamo herself would have to be in on it.

Since they're both working so hard to network with everyone, I just asked them if they had heard anything about anyone having "special rules," and we were able to work through it from there.
