Seems to be that way. For the record - it's based on number of tasks completed, according to the NPCs. You get anything good out of it at least?

Some earrings to amplify hearing and... Something that will give the answer to a question. I'm sure both could be really useful, if I use them right.

Yeah. And when I tried to use my power to cure your curfew effect, even though it didn't work, it still used up my power for the week.
... The only questions I want to ask it are the kinds of questions I don't trust it to answer, and I don't want to waste it.
