[I mean, Taako's always asking for two as well? He gets it. He would never judge her for it.]
That's why-- it's my job on the team to be the bad guy about that. The one that pushes the Forsake button. Um. Before we got here, me and Magnus, and our other guy, Merle, we were in yet another one of these sorta games. Have you ever heard of a Prisoner's dilemma? Two teams, and if both choose to trust each other, they'll both be fine. If one team chooses to betray, they'll go free while the other team gets fucked. If both betray, they both get fucked.
Magnus-- he's got your instincts. He wouldn't do it. Merle either. I'm the only one that could. Protect us.
There were multiple rounds. The way it worked is if the other team hits Forsake, and you chose to Trust, you're given what was-- uh, a nearly impossible trial. We'd already tried trusting, and nearly died. If you both Forsake, the difficulty is higher for both teams, but it's not impossible. It's logical for yourself to pick Forsake. The worst that will happen is the harder difficulty, not the impossible.
[ It's nice to her. Even if it isn't nice to other people. ]
... I don't know about that one. That's not an item that I got.
[ After checking the door to make sure no one else is approaching, she digs under her pillow to retrieve the items she does have: a pink donut plushie, some stick-on earrings, a handful of vouchers, and a water tube.
[Poking it, but then pushing the stuff back to her.]
I'm gonna trust you on something, and this might come to bite me in the ass later, but, because you promised you'd try and get me out of here: I sorta bent the truth on my power? I can duplicate an item. Looking to get ahold of those footprint erasers. That seems useful as fuck.
It isn't because I don't trust you guys - I mean, I don't, but I don't trust anyone like that, it's not personal - I just think it's easier for you guys. If you don't know the truth, you don't even have to pretend to lie for me or anything.

[Is it . . . . . . . ]
Anyway, the other thing. I wanna see the item that lets you erase footprints. It's a sticker sheet?

So, the donut is floating, the earrings are the hearing, what's the jelly tube?

It can answer a question, once. It sounds really useful.

but she recovers very quickly. ]
I'll tell you if I get anything like that. Just let me know if you want to duplicate anything of mine - I'll let you know when I get new stuff.

And if anyone asks, it's the tears thing! Honestly, feel free to spread that one.
[He nods though.]
Alright, keep me posted.

... Just in case, who else knows about your real power?

[THAS IT.]
And he knows about the cover-up too. I haven't decided what to do about the rest of our little, um, team. I'll probably have to fess up.

[ ... then again. ]
Actually, I don't know. Everyone will probably share with you anyway.

But it's your decision. Everyone is allowed to choose their own secrets.
