[ since it's the biggest city she can think of and those all seem like big city things. but then while she munches on her apple slice she thinks about Logy and... slowly shakes her head at her own thoughts... no, Central is probably not like that... ]

Central City. It's probably the biggest city there is, and they get a lot more government funding. They have way more alchemists too - like Logy.
